Shipping Policy

  • After completing your purchase, you will receive an immediate confirmation email. Orders take 3-4 days to process. This includes shipping and pickup orders, Once your shipping label is created, you will receive a fulfillment email with a tracking number. Please keep in mind that standard shipping is 3-4 business days, not including holidays or weekends.

    Packages ship out 3-4 days after the order is placed. This applies during the months of October - April excluding Holidays, Sales, and Pre-Orders.

    During the months of May - September, packages will ship Monday - Wednesday to all states outside of North Carolina and Monday - Thursday for orders in North Carolina. This is to prevent products from melting in the hot heat.

    Your order must be placed 72hrs before 9am cut off day.

    Ex. You must place your order on Monday to ship out on Thursday.
    If order is placed after Monday, your order will be shipped the following Monday.

    Important: If you do not pick cool shipping option during the summer or shipping to hot climate states, your product may melt. We are not responsible and do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for melted products. Please pick the correct shipping accordingly.

  • We currently do not ship International.

  • We use USPS.

  • We use Drain Safe Gel ice packs, and Bio-Based Cotton Liner for our summer shipping option to keep products from melting.

  • We only use eco friendly materials to ship our products.

    We use corrugated cardboard boxes, Kraft paper tape, Kraft cushion paper, Drain Safe Gel ice packs, and Bio-Based Cotton Liner.

  • We are not responsible if your product(s) arrives melted.

    Please pick the cool shipping option to prevent your product from melting in the hot heat. Mainly from months May - September. If you live in a hot climate state year round, it is best to pick the cool shipping option to prevent your product(s) from melting.

    Since cool shipping is an option, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on melted products.

  • Items take 4-7 days to ship during the Holidays.

Tracking

  • As soon as your order is fulfilled, you will receive a fulfilled email that includes a tracking number. If you did not receive an email or believe the wrong email address was entered at checkout, please email info@cleanmundi.com.

  • Oh no. Sorry to hear that you never received your order!

    Here are some steps to follow:

    1. Confirm that your shipping address is correct in your confirmation email.

    2. Give it a little more time. Sometimes our courier can scan items as delivered before it is physically delivered. In certain cases, it can take 1-2 business days for your shipment to appear.

    3. Check with neighbors, housemates, areas near your mailbox, and/or mailroom, in case your package was received elsewhere.

    4. Check with USPS tracking for a notice of an attempted delivery. This notice will have instructions on the next steps you should take.

    5. Contact USPS and use your tracking number to start a claim with them.

    Missing packages are usually found within 2 days of delivery. If you’ve completed all of the steps above and still haven’t found your package, please contact us via email at info@cleanmundi.com.
